Farmstead goods for all seasons.
Like many working farmsteads, the work rolls and responds to the seasons, and to the weather.
In colder months illustrations are created and cards printed, sewing projects are completed, as well as laundry soap made for the year. In winter seeds are ordered and striated, while fruit trees are pruned during the warmer less snowy days. In early spring seeds are started, trees and black raspberry brambles are sprayed with organic oils to protect against diseases, while cards are delivered to the local farmstops. Mid-May, black raspberries are harvested while plants are being tended with continued periodic deliveries.
